The purposes of our processing of personal data, which types/categories of data, and the legal basis for the processing of your personal data
When you use our website, we collect the following personal data:
- Purpose: Statistics on user behavior on the website for the purpose of optimizing the website as well as marketing Stickoramic ApS' products.
- Which types of personal data we process: IP address, type of device and browser, search terms, network location, usage patterns, which products are visited and added to the cart, newsletter subscriptions (only with your active consent; name, email address, phone number, product preferences)

- Information that we collect regarding the above is via browser cookies, provided that consent is given for our cookie policies.
- We do not collect or share personally identifiable data that is not strictly necessary for general business operations.
We disclose your personal data to the following recipients:
- Stickoramic ApS may share your personal data with suppliers, partners, related companies, tools, and digital media in accordance with our general business operations.
- If you have given us consent via our cookie consent banner, we receive and share technical and statistical data with digital services such as Shopify, Google, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Sleeknote, among others. We receive and share technical data that helps us target ads and marketing, and which helps measure the effect of our marketing and users' behavior on our website.
We reserve the right to disclose your information to relevant public authorities should we be met with requirements and/or obligations to do so.
Storage of your personal data:
The period for which we store your personal data may vary from tool/media to tool/media, depending on how we use the data in our operations. We strive not to store data longer than the time it is needed, and we work within the organization with procedures to ensure that data is not stored longer than what makes sense and is responsible.
When you shop with us, the following personal data is processed:
- Types of personal data: Name, address, company name, company address, mobile number, work phone number, email address.
- Purpose: To process, ship, and deliver your order, as well as to keep statistics on sales and earnings, to comply with the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, and similar internal operational and control needs.

Where your personal data originates from:
When you shop with us, you must provide the above-mentioned personal information via our check-out page so that we can receive your order and payment and complete the order. You therefore enter the information yourself and thereby accept these terms regarding the processing thereof.
We disclose your personal data to the following recipients:
We share the above-mentioned information about you with our payment processor and any warehouse partners, as well as our IT systems, which allow for the processing and completion of your order. We enter into data processing agreements with the suppliers and partners with whom we share your data.
We reserve the right to disclose your information to relevant public authorities should we be met with requirements and/or obligations to do so.
Storage of your personal data
We store information about your purchase for 5 years, as the Bookkeeping Act requires this. After 5 years, your purchase data is deleted. In the vast majority of cases, we store data securely within the EU. In a few cases, we store data outside the EU, but only in countries and with sub-processors that store and process the data securely and according to EU standards.

You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a number of additional details.
Right to rectification (correction)
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our general deletion occurs.

In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted.
