Do you have a warranty?
Yes! You can test with one pack to see if they stay on your wall. If, against expectations, they don't, you can return the rest and get a full refund for all the stickers. The return period for cancellations is 30 days.
Which surfaces can I apply the stickers to?
The stickers adhere incredibly well to most smooth surfaces, such as painted walls, tiles, flagstones, and wallpaper.
Which surfaces should I avoid placing them on?
The stickers do not adhere optimally to rough walls, such as plastered walls, bricks, and similar rustic surfaces.
How do I install them?
It's easy as pie! The stickers are applied directly onto your wall and can be trimmed if necessary to fit any size. All you need is a utility knife. However, we do recommend our installation kit.
Where should I not install them?
We do not recommend mounting them on rough surfaces, as described above, or in areas where the temperature exceeds 49 degrees Celsius.
Can I remove them again?
Yes! In most cases, they are easy to remove again and should leave very little, if any, damage. Depending on your surface, it may be a good idea to heat the stickers so that they release from the surface more easily.
I have tiles on my wall. Can you see the grout lines through the stickers?
The tile stickers are about 3 mm thick, so you usually do not see the grout lines behind them. However, it depends entirely on how evenly your current tiles are installed and how large the grout lines are. It is, however, a good idea to ensure that the seams between the stickers do not fall where there is a grout line between the tiles. You may want to lay the stickers out on a table below the wall to see how they align with the tiles. If necessary, trim a little off the width of the first sticker in the row to shift the entire row.
How many packs do I need?
The dimensions vary from model to model, but can be found on each product page. The dimensions are width x height. Each pack contains 5 sheets. For example, you can calculate the required quantity by dividing the height of your wall in cm by the height of the sticker. Then do the same with the widths. Finally, multiply these two numbers and round up. Write to us at kontakt@stickoramic.dk if you need help calculating the quantity.
Can they be used instead of or on top of a splashback?
Yes, they can! They can withstand water splashes, cooking grease, and whatever else cooking may entail. Clean as usual with a damp cloth and, if necessary, an all-purpose cleaner. They will not be damaged by it.
